Nos últimos dias têm sido mostrados vários exemplos de como a censura alastra e está incorporada no comportamento normal dos governantes (e aspirantes a governantes também). 

Em Portugal temos os casos das pressões de que foram alvo os jornalistas (Miguel Relvas e Açores). Pressões que, pelos vistos, tanto resultaram que as notícias não saíram na hora e os governantes mantêm-se em funções. Mas eu também já não espero grande coisa desta república de bananas... 

Nos EUA e na net rebentou agora o caso TED - Hanauer, que a TED censurou por "ter conteúdo demasiado político". Demonstrar que sem haver quem compre um produto, também não há quem o produza é política... Pois... Deixo só um pensamento meu para memória futura: é por causa destas ideologias neoliberais, tidas como dogmas políticos, que os EUA foram o país que passou menos tempo como nação dominante no mundo - pouco mais de meio século e só depois de uma guerra mundial que não se passou no seu território.

ever take a look behind the eyes of the hacker? Did you ever wonder what made him tick,

O Tribunal de Justiça Europeu decidiu que as redes sociais não podem ser obrigadas a vigiar os conteúdos dos utilizadores e impedir a partilha de ficheiros protegidos por direitos de autor.

Tribunal Europeu de Justiça:

“o sistema de filtragem imporia ao prestador de serviços de armazenamento uma vigilância geral das informações armazenadas nos seus servidores, o que é proibido pela directiva sobre o comércio electrónico”.

Atinge: “direitos que são protegidos pela Carta dos Direitos Fundamentais da União Europeia”.
